The earliest delivery data available for an order is as indicated for the item on the Service. Shipping is not available for delivery on Sundays, Mondays, or major United States Holidays, unless otherwise indicated. Online tracking may be available at our courier’s website. We make no warranties regarding the availability of said online tracking, as it is under the control of our third-party couriers. While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific time. No recipient signature is typically required for deliveries of our products. The courier may leave the package at the address whether the recipient or another person is available or not. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) as flowers and plants that remain outside are more likely to have reduced quality and a shortened life.
